Bachelorette Season 8 News Update

Emily Maynard.

Emily Maynard, a 26 year old single mother from West Virginia residing in Charlotte, North Carolina, when she was the Bachelorette for Season 8 in 2012.  She gave her final rose to Jef Holm.  Equally important, Emily got started with Bachelor Nation, when she appeared on the Bachelor with Brad Womack in 2011.  She received the final rose.

Prior to the Bachelorette, Emily was in a relationship with a NASCAR driver, Ricky Hendrick.  Hendrick is a well-known name in Charlotte, North Carolina, in addition to a NASCAR history, the family owns businesses, including auto dealerships.  
As a matter of fact, Emily went onto the Bachelorette as a widow.  Sadly, Ricky died in a plane crash.  After the plane crash, Emily found out that she was pregnant with their daughter, who is also named Ricki.  

Beautifully, Emily met her soul and faith mate after the show.  She is married to Tyler Johnson, and they have 6 kids, including Ricki.  They have 3 daughters and 3 sons.  ​

Jef Holm.

Jef Holm, a 27 year old Entrepreneur from St. George, Utah, while on Bachelorette Season 8 with Emily Maynard.  Jef was the recipient of the final rose.  Emily and Jef were destined to be with other people.

Sadly, there are public details regarding Jef and another contestant of Bachelorette Season 12 with Joelle Fletcher, Robby Hayes (pic 3).  Robby was also on Bachelor in Paradise Season 4.  Hopefully they can mend fences and find friendship past any requests of restraining orders, after ending their roommate status on or about 2021.

Jef is still an entrepreneur.  He is private on Instagram, but will entertain following requests.​

Sean Lowe.

Sean Lowe, was on Bachelorette Season 8 with Emily Maynard in 2012.  He finished in 3rd place.  He was a 28 year old Insurance Agent from Irving, Texas.  
He later became the Bachelor for Season 17 in 2013.  He gave his final rose to Catherine Guidici.

Sean and Catherine are married in 2014, and they have 2 sons and a daughter.  They live in Dallas, Texas. Sean’s occupation is reality tv and an author.

Interesting facts:  Sean played football for Kansas State University.  He dated Ryan Ray, former Dallas Cheerleader, who is now married and has a son (see pics below).​
