I opened Big Brother Season 2 with one of the two most recognized houseguests from Big Brother history. Dr. Will Kirby (the winner of Season 2). His mate/buddy in the house was Mike "Boogie" Malin. Therefore, I'm closing this season by ending with the other part of this powerful duo. Mike finished in 8th place on Season 2. However, don't be sad for Mike, as he was the winner of the All-Star season! He appeared on multiple seasons and will be covered again in the near future.
At the time of filming in 2001, Mike was 30 and a bar owner in Los Angeles. He was known for being the first to win a Head of Household competion in the history of Big Brother. He also had a showmance with Krista Stegall. During the live finale, he proposed to Krista and she said yes, however, it didn't last long.
Mike is 49 years of age. In 2018, it was reported that Mike and his business partner were sued for $800,000 by former business partners and owners of Geisha House in Los Angeles. Per TMZ.com, "The partners say Boogie and Moore embezzled from the club, gambling away hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for sex, travel and other stuff."
It is reported that Mike has a son, named Brady. He also founded Dolce Group, a restaurant management group.
